This is kind of a half-kidding sort of thing, but whenever I’m out with friends I legitimately get really drowsy. I don’t really drink, but I’ll occasionally take a shot or sip on a cocktail. I have insomnia and am kind of a low-energy person in general, but it kinda sucks having to leave early or not being very engaging because I just wanna chill and take a nap. I used to consider myself an extrovert because I love going out and I do enjoy company, but I’ve realized I get tired sooo easily and quickly around people. Dunno if it’s just my personality, a result of my insomnia (likely), adhd/anxiety/depression or probably just a combo of it all. Anyone else? Possible advice or even just “same lol”?
