Those are two different and unrelated behaviors.
I don’t think that those things are the same or even related to each other in any way. Being a consumer of someone else’s content and being a creator of your own content are entirely different things. Different people are going to have different boundaries about which of those things are acceptable to them, if any.
I also don’t think these are related, and I don’t mind either.
Though I don’t think they’re equal, I would be uncomfortable with both. I could understand if someone felt comfortable with one and not the other, but personally I’m not comfortable with either. For myself or my husband. (Assuming you mean posting sexual content personally.)
