What advice can you give to me, as a 22 year old, about to start my Master and my Dreams?

  1. Ensure that proper hand switching protocol is maintained at all times to avoid forearm imbalance. I’m sure you’ve been informed of this before, but it is crucial to continue doing the right thing.

  2. Learn everything you can about finance and fitness.

    You are a part of the finance industry whether you like it or not, and if you don’t understand it the system WILL rob you blind and in ways you won’t even notice.

    Now is the best time to build good habits and get your fitness in order. It will never get easier. Build it now and all you have to do is keep it later.

  3. Good for you for starting at a young age- I went back at 25 myself. Take it One day at a time or you are likely to mentally overwhelm yourself. A lot of people never achieve their potential because they psych themselves out.

  4. I work in higher ed, and these are some of the tidbits shared to me by alums.

    Make connections with your classmates, go to networking events with alums, go to office hours and make connections with faculty, utilize campus resources, and go to career fairs.
