It doesn’t/shouldn’t. That would be stereotyping. Allow people the room to be themselves without associating to gender.
It doesn’t influence me at all. Personality traits aren’t strictly gendered/sexed.
Neither in writing fiction nor in creating characters for TTRPGs the gender of a character has any influence on their personality.
Gender affects how others in the setting might treat them, yes – and characters may or may not have coping strategies or trauma surrounding this.
But their personality isn’t influenced by their gender.
