we met at a conference and hooked up two nights in a row at the hotel. at one point I told her that I really liked her and would pursue things if we were in the same states. a week after, she responded to my IG story and insisted that I visit her with love emojis etc. and we roughly planned that I will visit her next month. we constantly texted for a week, calling each other cute animal names etc. two nights ago she left me on read. my last text was not necessarily something to respond to so that’s understandable, but I find it kind of unusual that she never texted again. what to make of it?

Tbh sucks to say this but just drop her if this prolongs…don’t wanna give energy to a girl who ain’t taking initiative to do anything with u…a girl who is truly invested in a guy would find any excuse to text him anything…she invested in u somewhat but not what u initially thought imo…
She has a life? She’s been busy/distracted? Text her back and just say hi, how are you? If she doesn’t respond, move on.
Sometimes the energy of texting each other everyday dies back a little bit and then you text each other maybe a few times a week.
So counted that the energy has died back and you’ll be texting each other if you done the week but text in a way where it requires a response from her and that way you’ll know if she’s really leaving you in read because there wasn’t a strong question to need answering, or if she’s just ignoring you.
