If in a social environment (e.g. work, school, parties) you group with other women instead of with men, why is that?

1. I group with the people who have been welcoming, and who have reciprocated my efforts to be social, connect with them, and make things run smoothly (at work particularly). I’ve had more luck with those people being women.
