Here is the text, her dog is named Dolly:

“Definitely not a smooth talker…if I was, I’d successfully be able to articulate what your energy and authenticity does to those around you when talking about things you’re passionate about…your Mair (forgive spelling), her paintings, her ‘shots’ of whiskey, your family, your competitiveness in hockey, your innate ability to look after people…unfortunately, my words have no chance (zero) of adequately describing that.

Dolly in a shoulder bag – she has to seriously rank very high on the world’s best dog list, hope she’s managed some time at the dog park too.

Just out on a quick (time not speed) lunchtime run to get some sun between meetings. Hope your day is going well.”

  1. Yeah v sweet but better for a month down the line bro, might scare her off, women are fickle creatures (as are men)

  2. Thx mate , good advice…- I just called my brother….after he laughed for about a minute he said “save it for the wedding day”….

  3. Just as a woman, it sounds like you’re trying to sound impressive and intelligent and it’s coming across kind of disingenuously. Like that first sentence could be reworded to be “definitely not a smooth talker… if I was, I’d be able to explain what your energy does to other people when you talk about your passions”. Just my opinion though. I think less is more when it comes to language. You sound more straight forward and down to earth that way.

Also you’re talking about other people. Do you mean yourself mostly? Just say that if so
