Idk if that’s relevant here but I’ll post this anyway. So my friend tagged me in her story but I look so bad I don’t wanna repost it on my account. I know it might seem stupid but I really don’t like how I’m looking so I didn’t repost it. I’m just afraid they might get upset/find it weird that I didn’t repost and Idk what to do in this situation lmao. Is this normal? By normal I mean does it happen often that people don’t repost their friend’s stories and just simply do the good old dming them about it? I really don’t wanna seem rude. Also is it okay to just not repost it? I just really hate reposting stories for some reason yet I keep doing it because I’m scared they’ll secretly hate me or something idk

If i can’t tell the friend that i hate that picture of me, and i will not repost it without getting in trouble… than that person is not my friend.

I’ve never reposted a story in my life. I’ve also never lost a friend, or angered a friend because of it. I think your overreacting! I don’t even DM them about it either. How much you choose to interact in social media is up to you. Don’t let some arbitrary obligations you think you have dictate it.
