I’m a 16 M and quite recently I got a job at a pizza store. There is this girl 15 F who works there on the same shifts as me. She is absolutely gorgeous, she seems more on the introverted side like I am. I’ve caught her staring at me a few times but as soon as I make eye contact she almost immediately looks away. I’ve always been bad at starting, and keeping conversations going. However I would like to talk to her sometime when we aren’t busy and start a conversation with her to better know her. I need advice on how to start, and keep conversations going. I also want to build on my relationship with her and hangout with her sometime but I don’t know how to come to that.
