I hope this post finds you well.
I am travelling to meet a person in the context of a LDR, and we’ll have our first lunch date. I think that it is appropriate, given that is the first date, and it is I who invited this girl, to pay for the date. However, a friend said this looks a bit simpish, and I should split the bill.
My plan was to offer to pay, but I wouldn’t mine if she also wanted to pay part of the bill.
What would be recommended in these circumstances?
