Its fucking not safe in delhi to make out in car.. cops get the opportunity to harass u make out money from ur pocket n u on the other hand will always seek for protection at tht time even if u have contacts or anything
Better take a room or if u can drive n makeout if u r pro ắt driving donot park somewhere in public or in shaded area n makeout…

i guess thats india, in the us i think you can as long as its not like on someones private property, or posts saying like closed afetr dark and your necking, will get on trouble probably, no big deal, but taking ya money? thats just cruel!!!
