I can’t be the only one

I (24m) like Mary Jane, as many do. I also sometimes manage to hit THC Carts to the point I cough myself hard. I guess I involuntary squeeze the right muscles and by cough 7 or 8 I get an erection. It makes smoking around people I’m not familiar with kind of awkward.
Does this happen to any of you?
