Trouble Climaxing

I know. Sounds like a good deal, right? It’s not. I get an erection super easy and can maintain it forever. The issue is in finishing. I can only climax about half the time, and it takes a long time then. Same when I masturbate. No matter how I do it, what I watch, etc. Feels like it’s close, but just doesn’t happen! No new meds, diet change, or anything else new. This has been going on for about three years. Anything out there to increase sensitivity or hasten climax?

  1. Your age and fitness level would be helpful as well as the time taken and technique— also frequency of your efforts

  2. Sorry to break it but as men ages his sexual libido dwindles and so does his ejaculations/orgasms. Women are quite the opposite as she gets more sexually satisfied. So try to not masturbate too much and stay away from porn for a while as well. Might help a bit

  3. Medication for anxiety and depression will make it difficult to reach an orgasm. Guys who have anxiety usually have premature ejaculation which some medical professionals think it might be due to low serotonin. Your might have high levels of serotonin.

If you jerk with a ton of friction, aka death grip, then you could try not jerking for a month or two. That might increase your sensitivity. Also, use lube and a light grip. The goal is to get aroused to a different sensation so it might be challenging to cum that way. Also, try to use your mind more. Visualize an erotic scene or situation to increase your arousal so cum. I even talk dirty to myself to make myself cum.
