So I’m sort of a late bloomer to this at 27 but I’ve never had doggy style sex before. Everytime one of my partners suggests it, I fumble around for a while attempting to put it in, fail and play it off to avoid embarrassment. The gist of the problem is that I can’t seem to place myself in the correct position to insert my penis into the vagina. Any advice on how y’all figured it out or am I just missing something?

You aim low and find the right location with your hand. Then guide it in with your hand as guide. This avoids the awkward mistake of accidentally going for the wrong hole.
It helps if the vagina is already pretty wet.
If she is dexterous, she can help guide it, too.
Easiest way is start low and lift your shaft/head upward til you feel the front of her vagina. Then insert just above that point. If she’s too high once you’re in, tell her to spread her legs to come down to a better level.
Ask her to guide you in. Also, are you having sex with the lights on because if not, you should. Obvious point, but it makes it easier to see things…
