i got with this boy a couple days ago, felt slightly sick the morning after and then had mcdonalds and it made things so much worse. ive had abdominal pain and ive convinced myself i had an std or was pregnant but we didnt really fuck, and he nutted in my mouth after giving him a blowjob. i havent been able to keep food in my system, not throwing up just shitting. anxiety probably plays a role in this too but i also had green stool yesterday. my parents dont know but i want to tell them. do those symptoms sound like food poisoning, anxiety, or an sti? or something else. please help.

It’s likely a GI issue like food poisoning. STD symptoms from oral sex typically occur in the mouth and throat
However I’m not a doctor, it’s good to get STD tested for peace of mind
