My social skills are highly dependent on my self-confidence and it changes a lot. I can be a social bird for weeks and then appear really shy for months. And it is the case for a few months now, I am now 24 and I don’t want it to be a problem anymore (I started the pill and I had few personal problems this year which make me become more introverted than ever). I want to be able to meet new people, make more connections and even interacting with strangers at parties. I feel like I need a bit of a training, like faking it til you making it. I don’t know if some of you did that and what are the results, what are your pieces of advice! Thanks in advance
