What’s the best decision you made for your career?

  1. I volunteered A LOT during my university studies. It really helped me figure out my strengths and my preferences, I gained a lot of experiences I am still heavily relying on years later, built a network, developed my work ethic and my skills. I was so into it that I eventually had some leadership roles, coordinated international volunteer communities, which is a huge advantage now.

  2. Job hopping. I started working in 2017 when I got into college and my salary has been quadrupled since. But it’s important to note job hopping can have also negative impact if you overdo it. I always stayed at least 1 year.
