I’m a Specsavers customer and need to get a new pair of glasses but I’ve been in a few times and couldn’t see any frames that I liked. I had a nosey in Vision Express and have seen some frames that I like.
The price of the frames is fine, but they charge £180 for thinning them down for my prescription (which is quite strong) 🤯
Does anyone know anywhere else that might have the same frames in stock but more affordable lenses? They’re Armani Exchange. I’ve had a look online and can’t see any legit sites.
Or any tips on discount codes!

Glasses Direct usually has good prices for frames and lenses, easy to find discount codes online too.
If you can’t find it elsewhere, just buy the frame and take them elsewhere to be glazed. Costco is decent for that if you’re a member. Plenty of online places too.
For some reason I read your title and thought it said “Does anywhere else stock a similar range of firearms to Vision Express?” and immediately questioned my place in reality and if I had in fact been living in a dreamworld where a post apocalyptic disaster has taken place and opticians are now the gunrunners of the world.
