Why do I talk fast and always seem mad when I communicate?

  1. I swear like 1 in 4 people are just hypervigilant to any signs of upset in another. IDK, it’s literally a thing.

But you think it’s the way your voice sounds? It seems like a lot of people have put-on voices around people who don’t know them well, just like social grease. The customer-service voice for instance.

I speak fast when I’m nervous.

  2. Be ause anxiety makes you talk fast and can cause you to raise your voice, which can be percieved as anger.
