What’s an automatic ‘nope’ when it comes to moving into or living in a house/duplex/apartment/etc?

1. Shared walls. I cant do it anymore.

2. Jacking rental prices in the thousands of dollars range. No thanks, hunkering down all warm and financially good in my little crap apartment.

3. Ground floor units.

4. Loud blaring music from neighbors, junk piled around neighbors house, men in sweatpants hanging around outside during the day,

5. Not allowing security cameras or a security system. I won’t risk it.

   Also not having a secure place to pick up packages.

6. A minimum of 1.5 bathrooms for our 2 person household. One is not enough.

7. Spiders

8. No A/C.

9. If there’s no in unit laundry. I am not doing communal laundry I want my own or I’m not moving in
