Northern Ireland has elections this week, what issues do you look at when deciding on who to vote for?

  1. I always vote for leftist parties. The actual leftist one for the party vote and the centre left one for my local representative (the conservative one always wins, but the centre left one is the only one who could theoretically beat them). My main political concerns are women’s rights and worker’s rights.

  2. There are also several local and regional elections around the country this week. So while I’m not in N.I. I will be voting this week. And so will a large portion of the UK

For me I’m basically tactically voting against PC. Ideally that means voting Lib Dem but I’m willing to lend a vote to Labour or greens if I have to.

  3. -angry Australian noises-

Climate policy, immigration/treatment of refugees, disability and social services policies, treatment of women.

  4. I just try to look for who’s the least awful person. I don’t really get the chance to vote for who I want, just have to vote against who I don’t

    Our democracy is a sham

  5. My main issues are definitely institutional racism and the environment, i always vote for my local Green-Leftist party, they are pro open borders, pro EU, pro womens rights, pro refugees, and pro abortion, so that fits right up my street.

And remember folks: Diversity is beautiful✨

  6. Probably like 35 hours. As a kid at a sleepover they would draw stuff on whoevers face fell asleep instead of staying up all night

  7. Trans rights! Black lives! Disability rights! Workers rights! Climate policy!

Basically I vote in the best interest of my family, which puts me pretty far left, which also works out in others’ best interest as well.

  8. Will they collapse Stormont?

Which paramilitary organisation do they roll with?

How useless is their party leader?
