Its not something to be ashamed of. Most men like it, but the problem comes when you start thinking about your dad if you’re calling him that name. If you’re think about your dad while calling you’re boyfriend “daddy” then I would probably stop. If he doesn’t say anything, or if he smiles after you call him that. He probably feels good about himself. If it was truly bothering him, he would say something sooner or later.
I’d say it’s a relatively common kink for younger women to have. No need to be ashamed, but not every partner might take it in a good way :p
