  1. Korea, Even though I’m Taiwanese by descent, I felt Korea really suited me, the food, the stores, the people.

  2. Moscow and Brno. Well, I am half Czech and half Russian…so no surprise there.

I was born in Brno, whisked away as a baby, went back as a teen and pretty much felt like home. Moscow, the same.

  3. dublin. i went there two years ago and it was the first big city i’ve ever been to that i really loved. i never wanted to leave.

  4. I lived in Germany for three years, there, and Slovenia are the only places I truly felt at home.

  5. Definitely in Hungary, both Budapest and other areas there. I seemed to find my way round naturally and without much help. I didn’t struggle with the language either. I felt some kind of old connection there.

I went to Oxford in England where my ancestors were from and I felt kind of at home there too. But not really as much as Hungary.

  6. Hong Kong. I haven’t been back in years due to the political strife but it once was such a beautiful city with cultural diversity and such kind, fascinating people. Plus McDonalds 🤷🏼‍♀️
