How do you keep your chest from moving too much when jogging/running?

  1. Sports bra.. size down or double up if your current one(s) are not “supportive” (restraining them) enough.

  2. I don’t use bras or sports bras. Last time I got measured I was a 38ddd and I use a tight shirt. Seems to do the trick for me.

  3. A sports bra that swish them in place and support them. They still move, but it’s not at an uncomfortable level.

  4. When you’re a certain size, like I was, it doesn’t matter what you do, they’re going to be hitting you in the face. So I got them reduced.
