I’ve never had sex before. I tried on a condom and started to rub one off bc I’m bored. The condom didn’t really feel exactly tight, like there was room to breathe but it also didn’t exactly fit perfectly throughout my entire penis i think (there were sort of air bubbles in some parts). While stroking I noticed the condom moved just slightly a bit up and down. Is this normal?

Make sure tp squeeze the tip when you put it on so there’s no air in there. I’d suggest doing that and trying again. I can’t speak for everyone but for me it feels a bit tight (not too tight though) so if it’s loose and you can move it around, you might want to consider getting a different size.
But again, try it without air first, bubbles can cause it to slip off too!
You should definitely try to find one that fits. There are hundreds to choose from.
There can be air bubbles, which is why I used Trojan bareskin raw. They fit like a second skin
