I haven’t stayed over at my boyfriend house in a while. We’ve been together for almost a year but have some trust issues with each other. I have no interest in staying over at his house because one, it’s too small and two, i have to wake up early and go home because he has work in the morning.
Five days ago I went over to his house after he got off work. He wanted us to take a nap together but I had already napped earlier. He wanted to go to sleep but he couldn’t because I was up. I was laying down but I was on my phone which made him mad. He said he doesn’t like to go to sleep when someone around him is up. He turned the tv off and wanted me to get off my phone to go to sleep with him. Is this normal behavior?
Tl;dr: boyfriend doesn’t like when I’m awake while he is sleeping

You haven’t even been together for a whole year.
He got weirdly pushy and mad about something meaningless that he made up.
I mean…. Is this relationship with this person really what you want? You don’t have to keep doing it. Is it often a “my way or the highway” thing when he wants something?
