Alright so I met this guy out randomly one night 5 weeks ago. It’s been a whirlwind romance type of thing, very romantic, lustful, very into each other, a lot of fun, and just good vibes.
He told me he had an ex and they split about a month before we met and dated for about 5 months or so. They haven’t been in contact at all (confirmed by multiple people) and she lives out of state now. Well she called him a couple days ago and told him she is 3 months pregnant. They seemingly don’t want anything romantic to do with each other but he does want to be in the child’s life more than anything.
I guess my question is, should I just roll out on this situation or continue to chill and see what happens with us. I’m not overwhelming hung up on him but we do get along very well and this is the first time I’ve let myself actually catch feelings for someone besides my ex. (We split last year right after I had our child.) I know there are a ton of guys out there so I’m not concerned I won’t find someone else. I’m just very into this man& this shit caught me off guard.

Who knows if it’s even his? Many women lie about this stuff all the time. She might just hope it’s his because she doesn’t know who the real dad is and the other options are worse than him.
You take your kid, raise it right and avoid drama like that. You probably think as a single mom you won’t get better, but girl, you can do way better than that.
