I am a 22M Virgin. I don’t have a lot of previous dating experience (product of growing up in a very conservative household/society and a lot of groomed inhibitions). I have since had some personal growth during my undergrad and now have a few (even close female friends). Life/ Pandemic happened mid-college so I also haven’t dated anyone seriously.
I’ve been talking to this girl (met on hinge). She’s really sweet and pretty. We were talking about cuddling and mid-conversation – she asked if I’ve cuddled someone before and that ‘I’m so sweet she thought I was a virgin’. Kinda threw me off. I don’t want to read into it too much but it’s bothering me bc now I think I’m coming across as some simp who just gives virgin vibes :/

I’m sure she didn’t mean that comment with ill intent! You sound like a really nice guy. She’s attracted to you and teasing you. 🙂 And “simp virgin vibes” aren’t a bad thing necessarily, totally dependent upon the person. Don’t feel like you need to lie or anything, this girl sounds like she wouldn’t care either way.
