She generally does the laundry and I know she doesn’t like doing it; so, I tried to do something nice and do the laundry and dust and mop while she was out. When she got home, She acted all annoyed and unfolded the clothes I had folded only to refold them because I had done it wrong and not just her clothes but mine and the towels as well. I mean I could kind of understand if I folded her stuff wrong, but my own clothes and the towels too? It’s stuff like this that just annoys the h*ll out of me. There are times I honestly feel I’d rather be single.

Let it go, man. That is part of her contribution and something she feels like she needs to do in her role. That was a big test and depending on how you acted, you passed or failed.
Props for giving it a go, but sounds like the laundry is her domain and not to be f’d with.
