Describe a time when you first met someone, you thought the person was your “soulmate”?

1. I’m too much of an overthinker to believe in soulmates.

2. Idk if I was thinking soulmate, but I remember thinking that she’s perfect for me. Still together after 25+ years, so it looks like I was right.

3. I locked eyes with a woman at a house party, we talked four hours about music as we played DJ for night together.

   In that night I felt like I’d met my life partner, we went on a date soon after where we ate, we drank, we danced and made love.

   The next morning she left and never responded to my messages.

4. It was a rained out Shakespeare in the park play in Zilker park. It was our 4th date and we just talked for hours while waiting to see if the rain would stop since she really wanted to see it

   She cheated and left me for an abusive realtor that married her. They both frequently cheat on each other, and there have been domestic violence charges on both. Her mom told me this while asking if I’d take her back. Just told her I’d rather put a bullet in my head.

5. I was 20, I opened the door and bam,instantly in love. I paid the pizza guy and brought my love inside. Our relationship was short lived, but hot, spicy and fulfilling.
