When I’m on my own in a crowded place. My core starts to tighten up, and my breathing gets shallower. I get tremors in my hands (made worse if I’m trying to open my wallet). And an overwhelming sense of impending danger seems to wash over me.

  1. Oof happens to me everyday. Anxiety attacks can be stressful. First understand what is happening. Try to control your breathing. Go to a doctor and try medications for anxiety. My preference is MJ indica specifically. Or if you’re not into that could always try meditation.

  2. I had this phobia when I was younger so I totally understand where you come from. I was always terrified of the dark when I sleep. The best is to imagine them all naked or smaller than you. I can guarantee you it works each time for me. True that breathing helps as well. Another thing that works for me is to close my eyes with some headphones playing one of your favourite musics. Tell me how you getting on after trying. Meditation can help too, that works too.
