25. Over-easy. They need to be cooked over low heat until the bottom is cooked enough to flip, then the heat needs to be turned off and the pan removed from the burner. Result is egg white is 100% cooked, yolk 100% raw. Served over toast or a bowl of seasoned rice or quinoa.
