How many times a day do you change your underwear?

1. I put on a pair in the morning and take them off at night

2. Uhhhh zero? Maybe one…depends what I do during the day.

3. I start in one on most mornings. Every time I shower I put a clean one on. It all depends on how clean they are. If you’ve worked out they need to be changed. If you discharge a lot they need to be changed.

4. Unless there is a medical reason, how many time a day do you want to take your pants off and put them back on is the real question.

5. I go commando a majority of the time. I’m unlikely to wear two in one day, if I wear one and I’m eager to remove it asap.

6. On days where I wear underwear, I put a pair on in the morning and take it off at night. Most of the time, however, I don’t wear any at all. I’ve never been all that dischargey and I typically wear leggings/tights under dresses at work so it’s just more comfortable (and fewer layers) to go commando.

7. As many times as I shower, usually. Tends to be one.

8. I’ve been told it’s excessive, but I will stand by it. I go through three a day: work/daytime, after work/comfy clothes, bedtime.

   Maybe I’m just a sweaty human, but I can’t stand when I feel any amount of moisture down there, and I certainly won’t put clean comfy pants over mildly damp undies. 90% of the time, if I change my pants, I change my underwear too.

9. Start with a fresh pair and then change after exercise and shower that’s about it

10. OMG, I was just having this conversation with a friend. He says one pair per day, I say two.
    I shower at night so I put on a clean pair. then I put on another clean pair in the morning (usually ones in better condition and thay match something)

12. I gave up on underwear 2 years ago

    I think I own 3 pair in case I need to go to the doctor or a massage

13. Depends on what I do that day, did I exercise? Did I get my period? Am I changing into an outfit that needs different underwear?

    At the LEAST, I go through two pairs a day. One pair for the day and the second pair is usually a comfy boy short that I wear to sleep in.

15. Undies I gotta have clean. Cooler months when I am not doing anything? Swap em out with every shower, which is once a day.

    Hotter months I swap em out when sweaty. Nice feeling getting into fresh and clean. Can be a few times a day.

    Do pantyhose count as undies? I swap them out 2x a day no matter the weather.

16. On in the morning, off at night to shower and then go to bed commando. So once unless I do something unusually sweaty mid-day.
