Help, i always end up ghosting my friends cuz i just dont know what to respond. Got some tips and tricks?😭

1. Idk if you already do this, but I wait until I’m in a place where I can properly appreciate it and respond if I want to (although I aim to respond within 24hrs). Also, respond to memes etc when you have a response rather than forcing one. If I don’t have aything to respond with, sometimes I’ll just send another meme or video.

2. i wld say that i’m the someone that can continue long convos (like till 2h went past)

   my friends told me this before – that it’s comfortable texting me because i seem genuinely interested in whatever they’re sharing, and i’ll ask qns to know more. and i guess that’s kinda true..? so ig this might work?

   but this also doesn’t mean i don’t ghost ppl. i do, but not for very long. and thats because i don’t have the mental energy to respond so i’ll probably reply them whenever i have my energy restored (when i’m busy it takes me a week or so but ppl know that i’ll reply so they’re fine w it ig)

   when ppl send memes or vids i usually either reply with laughs or reaction emoji it lol. don’t have to be intentional abt it. or if i rmb something relatable i’ll share it too for the lolz

   Ask open-ended questions – so that you don’t just get a “yes” or “no” answer. …

   Ask for the speaker’s opinion on something you have just said.

   Tell the speaker about a similar experience you have had.

4. The reason why I can continue long convos with my friends is that I plow everything all at once. If you’re sending me a meme, I laugh a little bit and send you the most serious issue in the entire world and we discuss it together. I guess that’s how I do it. Just smash everything and mix it until it’s an abomination.
