As the title says why are the fluffy dandelions out already. I’m positive that they don’t come out until mid July. I live in Wales and the majority of them are already fluffy. Does anyone know why ?

  1. They flower and seed multiple times across spring and summer. They’re always one of the first flowers in spring. I love wildflowers.

  2. Ofc it depends where you are, but if anything dandelions have been late this year here in Yorkshire.

    Typically, they do a big flowering twice in the year but one is around now and the other is later in July, IIRC.

  3. In Wales too and my garden is full of fluffy flowers. Bet the neighbours hate it, but the bees need their sugar!
