I don’t actually find the apps useful, it’s more about the notifications, media control and health tracking but I don’t really bother with any third party apps
Honestly never installed anything on my Apple Watch other than what came on it by default.
I mostly use it as a reminder to get up and walk around regularly when I get engrossed in a project.
Helps me see my blood glucose linked to my phone linked to my cgm.
In a random order
* Password manager for OTP codes.
* loyalty passes / discount cards
* hydration tracking
* shopping list when doing groceries
* expense tracking (for simple things like an ice cream or a bottle of water)
* weather (I almost never check the weather on the phone)
* music
