Hello, I applied for Provisional Driver’s Licence as I needed a local ID with my address on it. As a proof of my identity, they needed my BRP card. I sent the form to DVLA along with my BRP on 24th of July. In the envelope I had also enclosed a return ‘Signed For’ envelope to be used to return my BRP.
I have since received my provisional license on 7th of August. I need advice on how long to wait for BRP to be returned? How can I get in touch with DVLA, in case I need to?

Mine took two weeks to come back. The BRP came back in a seperate envelope from the license (on same day). We never enclosed a sign for envelope and they sent back via regular post.

I received my BRP back just a couple of days after receiving the license. I was really worried to give that up but it was all good.
