You can try cutting the pill in half to see if it’s still as effective and thus double your supply. The most side effect I’ve gotten is just feeling more flush/warm. I may have gotten headaches here and there. Usually lasts like 36-48 hours so if you take it tonight, it should still be effective tomorrow night.

2. It drops your blood pressure. I had to stop taking it. That doesn’t impact everyone the same tho.

3. You might want to ease into a 20 mg dose. A lot of men get both stopped up sinuses and headaches with a 20 mg dose. And trying to have sex without the ability to breathe through your nose while having a splitting headache isn’t the most ideal time. Food for thought and good luck!
