If someone began spotting and began a course of combination birth control that day, and then four days later had unprotected sex, are they protected or should they take plan B?

    For example I’ve just today gone back on the POP pill. As I started on a certain day of my period I’d need to use another method for seven days. If I started on day 1 of my period I would be protected straight away 🤷‍♀️
