So I have this coworker that I’ve been working with for 3 years now. I find them very attractive but I’ve never ever flirted or shown my attraction to him. Our relationship is strictly friendly. My partner of 8 years is very insecure about him specifically and hates our friendship. Recently I’ve been having dreams about this coworker every single night. Sometimes I wake up and feel like I’m cumming from it. They’re romantic dreams and sex dreams. I feel so guilty all day after and I absolutely hate it. Why am I having these dreams only about him??

We can’t control our dreams, but the fact that you’re feeling guilty about them shows that you truly care for your partner even though you find someone else attractive – which is normal also and doesn’t make you a cheater just because someone else looks nice to you.
Well do you know anything about the guy and either way you should probably try to distance ur self from him and only talk to him when necessary
