Crying is one of the ways that humans process grief. It is best done with another person who has agreed to listen to you. I would suggest that you find places to process your feelings outside of regular conversations. Those feelings are clearly very close to the surface.
Counselling if you can afford it, 12 step programs if you can’t. If none of the above are available, find someone who you trust and agree to take turns. You talk and they listen for, 20 minutes, then you swap, they talk to you and you listen to them for 20 minutes.
Do this regularly and things will really change.
