I (23f) am engaged to the love of my life (27m) and I’m very happy, however, it’s like we know we are going to be together forever so there’s not really a need for a spark in his eyes it seems. My love language is physical touch and words of affirmation. And the words of affirmation are really difficult to get. Don’t get me wrong there’s many I love yous and you look beautifuls. But I really like to feel desirable. I want to feel wanted and I don’t know how to help him understand what I mean when I say “I want you to flirt with me” he says “but we are getting married I don’t understand what that would look like” and honestly… I don’t know how to answer the question. I just know I want flirty words that make me feel desired. I love him. He’s perfect I know I’m the problem here and I know he’d try to help my wants if he just knew what to say. I even googled it to try and understand but googles not helping either. Any advice?

Communicate ig? Sometimes initiate physical contact yourself. He will reciprocate.
