Any suggestions on how to be more patient and not let it get into your head?

I feel I self-sabotage a lot of potential opportunities because of it.

  1. Best advice would be to be more detached because they stopping to respond is totally out of your control. Maybe they are more interested in someone else or they have other stuff going one. So you should just move on to other girls.

    I mean if she is fine not talking to you that means she prefers to talk someone else or do something else over talking to you, so you should do the same.
