What is your favorite dish from a different country?

1. PIZZA

2. It kinda sorta originates from the US. I love all food, because every human loves good food. But if I’m ill and want comfort, budae jjigae. With a P, because the first thing I learned in Korea is that B is a P. Kind of like the R is friendly with L in Japan. And Urrr in China. 😀 Much love, all the love, but I respect the tongue game many languages have. English is hard…but.

3. Chicken Kiev

4. Almost anything Szechuan. Specifically, ma po tofu.

6. Basically anything Thai.

   Drunken noodles and coconut curry are my personal favorites

8. Probably paella, or any other fried rice for that matter.

15. Pad Kra Pao holy basil (tulsi) stir fry. Chicken or pork.

17. Lomo saltado, which is kind of a Peruvian stir fry.

    My daughter’s roommate her first year of college was from Peru – as in, got on a plane in Lima and flew to the US. So I found a Peruvian restaurant near us and told her just tell us what to order. Turns out, Peruvian food has potatoes in just about everything. My husband is from Idaho and he was like ‘I’ve found my people.’

    Used to love Shepard’s pie when I ate meat, so simple yet so good

22. Indian Food is always delicious, and of course since I’m from Texas, MEXICAN FOOD!!!!

23. Chaat (spicy chickpeas in sauce). My friend’s wife makes it homemade and it is DELICIOUS.
