Help with obsession 😭

I (teen) met this girl(teen) at a hotel during a family vacation. So basically we spoke and made out a bunch for a few days. but she’s in another country and after she left the hotel, I later realized that I was obsessed with her and found myself acting extremely clingy over text with her. Any tips to get over her?
