Any heavy precummers around here? Looking for advice

I precum a lot, almost a steady stream before even getting hard. But it’s a bit embarrassing when I’m walking in public get a little turned on or when I’m at work and start getting heated over a text. I avert my gaze and try to think of unsexy thoughts but usually it’s too late and I have a puddle in my pants. I’m not planning on wearing a diaper or anything but I can’t keep having a spot on my pants in public
