In the face of multiple rejections, I focused on self-improvement and resilience. I used each setback as an opportunity to learn and grow, refining my skills and approaches. Over time, my dedication began to yield positive results, bolstering my belief in my abilities and worth.
Identified that for me it came from low self esteem and “needing” validation from outside of myself. Read alot about coping tactics; mindfulness and non attachment. I eventually stumbled upon law of assumption. It was then I started working on self concept, or my core ideas/beliefs about myself that were causing the shit around me. I truly believe I’m good enough, its pretty embedded in me now. It’s not for everyone but definitely give it a look at. I suggest Subconscious Loz on tiktok, YouTube and Facebook.
