I 27(F) have been seeing a guy 26(m) for a little while. We have previous history, even though we were never official and I never thought we’d be talking again but here we are. Cutting to the chase, the other night we were drinking together. He brought up how I was the only one he was sleeping with, and I agreed and said so was he.
The next night I asked him if he remembered telling me that, cause we were drunk. He said yes and said it felt good to only mess with one person. The next day I woke up, and had a panic attack. I’ve been questioning if he ever said that he’s only been with me, or if I was just drunk.
I feel like I can’t bring it up to him again now but I can’t let it go. I have the urge to message him.

From what you wrote, it sounds like you know exactly what he said.
He said it twice. Asking a third time is a little much.
You could always clarify whether this means that you two are exclusively dating and therefore agree to not sleep with anyone in the future. But to ask again if he’s currently sleeping with anyone else….. don’t
