Interception of initiative by my friend. How to percieve this profitable?

Hi!

I like to lead boardgames and sport activities and I gather companies for this.

But recently I noticed that one of my friend (it is girl) periodically intercept initiative and starts to make that actions which I usually do.

One of such last actions is that she scheduled badminton games with all my friends, which I bring on previous activity.
I don’t thik that she don’t have rules for it, but I’m worryed that she intercept my initiative and in future she will lead such activities.

How to percieve this profitalbe?
