Can I kiss someone if I have an active HVS-1 outbreak in my genitalia?

I am recently diagnosed, my partner to this day has never had any sores, but somehow I contracted it around my anus.

Can anyone explain if I can or cannot kiss if I have an active genital outbreak with Herpes1? It’s the only question I cannot find a simple answer to
